Big Brothers Big Sisters K.F.L.A. (Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people through meaningful mentorship programs. Based in Kingston, Ontario, at 1300 Bath Rd, we have been serving the community for decades by fostering positive relationships that help children and youth reach their full potential. Our mission is to ignite the power and promise of youth by providing them with caring adult mentors who offer guidance, support, and inspiration.

Our programs are designed to address the unique needs of young individuals in the K.F.L.A. region. We offer one-to-one mentoring, group mentoring, and in-school mentoring initiatives that create safe spaces for personal growth. Whether it’s through the traditional Big Brothers Big Sisters program, where a child is matched with a dedicated mentor, or through community-based activities and events, we strive to build confidence, resilience, and life skills in the youth we serve.

At Big Brothers Big Sisters K.F.L.A., we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we work tirelessly to remove barriers that may stand in their way. Our mentors are carefully screened, trained, and matched to ensure that each relationship is impactful and long-lasting. We are proud to witness the transformative effects of mentorship, as mentees often show improved academic performance, enhanced self-esteem, and stronger interpersonal skills.

Located in the heart of Kingston, our organization is deeply rooted in the community. We collaborate with local schools, businesses, and volunteers to create a network of support for the youth in our programs. We also host fundraising events and campaigns to sustain our initiatives and expand our reach to more children in need of mentorship. By investing in the future of our youth, we contribute to building a stronger, more connected community.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, making a donation, or learning more about our programs, we invite you to visit our office at 1300 Bath Rd, Kingston, ON K7M 4X4, or explore our website for detailed information. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of young people and help them achieve their dreams.
